Muskoka Community Church is led by men and women who serve according to their gifts.
In addition to one full-time pastor and one part-time ministry coordinator, there are a number of volunteer leaders who give their time to facilitate various areas of ministry, as well as a governance board ("Leadership Team") that oversees policy, budget, and big picture decisions.
